Upon full payment of the above, documents will be forwarded to Pag-ibig for immediate processing.
3. Thru Bank Financing:
Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
30% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days after receipit of reservation fee
70% balance to be covered by bank guarantee for CLI to proceed with transfer of title

TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR HOUSE AND LOT PACKAGE:
1. If cash:
Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
30% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days after receipt of reservation fee
35% additional payment - after 50% completion of house construction
35% balance after 100% completion of house construction and issuance of title
2. Thru Pag-ibig Financing:
Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
20% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee (or amount in excess of 2 million maximum Pag-ibig loan) payable in full or in 3 months installments with zero interest to commence within 30 days from reservation. House construction starts only after full payment of down payment.
Upon full payment of the above, documents will be forwarded to Pag-ibig for immediate processing.
3. Thru Bank Financing:
Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
30% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days after receipit of reservation fee
70% balance to be covered by bank guarantee for construction of the house to commence.
